Refurbishment, single story extension and loft conversion of house built in early 2000's. Work included extensive steelworks and demolition to link two poorly connected areas on the ground floor, in order to create new sight-line and link between elevated snug, kitchen/dining room, and living room. Other works included: moving position of staircase and new staircase leading to second story; extensive demolition/interior works on first floor to re-order bedroom spaces; and dropping floor plan in attic in order to get headroom for two new bedrooms and bathroom.
